Leadership in order to succeed in management

Mr Austin Nichols, professor at the University of Navarra Faculty of Economics visited Gaztelueta on Friday 21st. He addressed the economy students of 2nd Bachillerato on «Leadership and Management». The talk was in English. Professor Nichols insisted to the students that in our world it is not enough a high profile qualification to run a company, but leadership is also needed. This depends not only in techniques that can be acquired, through special training. It is essential to improve personal virtues and behaviour of the company officials.
